Measurement units: This site uses the Australian standard metric system, however many of our products are sourced from Countries that use the imperial measurement system; where possible we have included the aproximate metric equivalent measurement in the description of these products, however in these cases you should consider the imperial measurement more accurate.
Shipping: Australia Post's Regular Parcels & Express Parcels, International Air mail & Sea mail, or Pick-up are our normal shipping methods; the Australia Post options will be automatically calculated for you by Australia Post at the time that you sumbit your order.
If you choose the Pick-up option there will be no shipping charge added to your account, please allow 1 business day for your order to be filled and then collect it at: West Coast Pet Care Centre, 49 Adams Road, Mariginiup (Wanneroo), Western Australia.
International Orders: Our products are available to International customers. Charges and duties are not charged by Pet's Providore– contact your local customs office for information.
