Mendota Dog Leather Slip Leash
Leather Slip Lead/Leash handcrafted by Mendota in the USA; chestnut colour leather 5/8" (16mm) wide & 4' (1.2metre) or 6' (1.8metre) long, with solid brass "O" ring & rivets, loop handle & leather stop.
Combination leash & slip collar in one, tightens when pulled and loosens when your dog heeds your correction but without the characteristic "check" of the chain collar, making them ideal where noise is of concern. The leather stop is set (by you) to limit the amount that the loop can open and help prevent your dog from backing out; the 6’ (1.8metre) leash is ideal for two handed use when walking your dog & its limited stretch also allows for accurate corrections during training; the 4’ (1.2metre) leash can be used for single handed control when walking you dog.

Mendota Products offers today's dog owners, trainers and handlers the finest accessories available at a moderate price. Handcrafted in the USA using only the finest materials, ensures premium performance. Their strong multifilament polypropylene roping and solid braid webbing is waterproof, colourfast and shows no performance-loss when wet. UV coating protects against decay and fading. The highest quality leathers are tanned using the "English Bridle Leather process" for durability, weather resistance and a deep, consistent colour. All their products are beautifully crafted and finished with brass hardware
