Leather Two Dog Coupler handcrafted by Mendota in the USA; chestnut colour leather 3/4" (19mm) wide & each "leg" 12"(30cm) long, with solid brass hardware & fully stitched double layer leather.

The coupler is to allow you to walk two dogs with the one lead, it has a large solid brass "0" ring in the centre for you to attach your lead's snap hook to & a swivelling solid brass snap hook at the end of each 30cm "leg".
